Lucy Winberg
Managing Director

Lucy Winberg has spent 10 years in real estate finance search and 18 years in the real estate sector. She has worked with a range of small, medium and large-cap real estate investors, lenders, banks, debt advisory firms and hedge funds in building and retaining top talent. Additionally, Lucy has worked in-house for a leading US investment bank and is able to advise clients on how to successfully build out successful talent acquisition teams, candidate engagement, attraction, attrition and strategic headcount planning.

Lucy values building long-term relationships and understands the importance of discreet communication in often sensitive situations.
Diversity is always at the heart of each search assignment and Lucy can advise clients in depth on how to take the bias out of hiring decisions and attract a more diverse leadership team.

Before founding Hunter Scott, Lucy successfully built up real estate investment desks in two of the world’s leading search firms as well as an investor relations division in a boutique private equity firm.

She is an accredited coach with the ICF from Henley Business School and separately to managing the day-to-day operations at Hunter Scott, offers private clients executive coaching.
Lucy read BSc Business & Spanish at Birkbeck, University of London where she gained a 2:1.
